With specific expertise in the field of tax and fiscal law, the professionals at Studio Legale Tributario Fantozzi & Associati can offer clients comprehensive assistance in resolving tax and corporate issues, as well as in national and international law.
Over the years, our firm has managed the tax aspects of many high-level corporate and financial transactions, on behalf of public and private companies, banks, finance and insurance companies. We become the client’s go-to contact for all matters related to ordinary and extraordinary taxation, as well as for the prevention of disputes and litigation with the tax authorities.
The firm was founded in 1975 by Augusto Fantozzi, a lawyer and professor of tax law at both “La Sapienza” and “LUISS” Universities in Rome. Professor Fantozzi, who passed away in 2019, served as the Italian Minister of Finance and Minister of Foreign Trade from 1995 to 1998. He also held directorships and served as statutory auditor for many leading Italian companies and multinationals.
Following in his footsteps, we will continue to honour his name and legacy, with a renewed dedication and commitment to taking forward his important teachings.
