Financial Transactions’ Transfer Pricing Whitepaper with comments collected at TPMinds International

Based on the comments collected during a specific working group at the TPMinds International conference, Fantozzi & Associati prepared a whitepaper related to the transfer pricing aspects of financial transactions. The document (attached) was also shared with the head of the transfer pricing unit at the OECD (Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development), Mr. Tomas Balco, who attended the event, with the aim of achieving consensus on the open points.
